IT Technical support
responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT systems and providing an efficient desktop support to all employees and business users, this role is also responsible for resolving any IT-related faults quickly and efficiently, including a broad range of queries from simple questions to major network problems, diagnostics, plus enhancing and developing the IT provision extended within the business. the daily work include but are not limited to:
1. Providing technical support to employees, laptop configuration & software installation, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
2. provide IT advice, solution to solves IT software and hardware issues.
3. Technical Support and maintenance on IT office tool and basics of Video and VoIP communication systems: such as CCTV, Voice, Video, Network, Wireless, Printers, CCTV, DAC, VoIP, door access system.
4. IT Advice & Supervision, including: data transfer, IT infrastructure support, office renovation construction, implementation and operation and maintenance, Regular O&M task tracking, Monitor and review LAN and WAN periodically, able to do local troubleshooting of network devices, Attend VIP users, Support IT services and resources for meetings, Infrastructure and network support for office
5. Provide training on IT work tools, including laptop and mobile device work-related software, printer and basic information security precaution trainings
Requirement:
1. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
2. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) may be beneficial.
3. Excellent service aptitude and good communication for interacting with users and colleagues.
4. Travel availability (oversea and local)
5. Professional Proficiency in English
6. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
7. Minimum three years of work experience in IT & network support.
