IT – Systems Administrator

The IT – Systems Administrator provides day-to-day consultation, training, instruction, trouble-shooting, problem solving to system users.

 Candidates are expected to:

• Provides support &User Training

• Assist in designing User Manuals

• Assist in stock takes in stores

• Assist & ensure that Receiving/Purchasing functions & process are adhered to.

• Provide offsite & onsite store support

• Assist in Special Project implementation

• Performs any other related duties assigned for the effective functioning of the department.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent is necessary
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience working in a similar position.
  • Background in Hardware and Software troubleshooting is a plus
  • Able to communicate effectively and comprehensibly
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
