Main Responsibilities

• General PC hardware and software support
• Wired and Wireless Networking
• Point of Sale Systems
• PBX setup and provisioning
• Printer troubleshooting and maintenance

Requirements

• Up to date MCP or A+ certification or at least 1 years’ experience in an IT Support related field
• A minimum of 5 CXCs including English, Math and Information Technology
• A valid driver’s license

Experience with the following technologies would be considered an asset

• Eposnow
• IQ PoS
• Linux
• QDS
• Roommaster PMS
• SMS
• Sage
• TimeTrex Time Attendance
• Trams / Clientbase / Sabre
• Ubiquiti
• Watchguard
