The BLEWSTREAM ECOSYSTEM is seeking skilled Service Desk Technicians and End User Device Associates to provide exceptional support and training for a large international client.

IT Support Professionals – Service Desk Technicians & End User Device Associates

With over 3 years of relevant experience, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless IT operations and empowering stakeholders with your technical expertise and exceptional customer service.

Roles Overview:

Service Desk Technician:
As a Service Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for resolving IT issues, managing technical support requests, and ensuring smooth network operations. Your role will involve troubleshooting, providing solutions to end-users, and managing multiple concurrent IT projects.

End User Device Associate:
The End User Device Associate will specialize in maintaining and supporting end-user devices, focusing on ensuring the optimal functioning of hardware, software, and mobile devices. You will also lead small-scale projects and provide specialized support within a healthcare-focused environment.

Requirements for Service Desk Technician:

  • 3+ years of experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues.
  • 2+ years experience in a technical support role within healthcare is ideal 
  • Minimum of an Associates Degree in information technology or a related field 
  • Strong knowledge of MS operating systems, MS 365 applications, and PC peripherals.
  • Familiarity with network operations, network hardware/software, and telecommunications equipment.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience and ability to educate end-users on security best practices and assist in enforcing security policies.

Requirements for End User Device Associate:

  • 3+ years of experience in providing technical support and maintaining end-user devices, including troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and applications.
  • 2+ years experience in a technical support role within healthcare is ideal 
  • Minimum: Associate Degree in Healthcare Information Technology, Business, or a related field 
  • Proficiency in various end-user technologies such as client operating systems, mobile device management systems, and desktop support management software.
  • Experience leading small-scale projects from start to finish.
