IT Officer
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring IT processes are documented and maintained while monitoring performance of the Company’s communications software and hardware. The IT Officer will be responsible for managing IT Risk Control Metrics, conduct regular data audits and partner with all key business areas to ensure data privacy and security compliance.
The position is based in Kingston. Our ideal candidate is a tenacious and result oriented individual, with strong communication and relationship building skills and the ability to plan and implement major changes to the company’s IT infrastructure.
