IT Office Administrator

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for both IT and administrative support? Carlong Publishers is looking for an IT Office Administrator to join their team. This role will provide technical and administrative support to ensure smooth IT operations and effective departmental coordination. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT support, troubleshooting basic technical issues.
  • Manage Help Desk service requests and escalate as needed.
  • Coordinate office activities, including scheduling, record-keeping, and report preparation.
  • Support procurement and budget tracking for IT-related expenses.
  • Organize training sessions and meetings, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Maintain and update confidential files and documentation.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance scheduling for IT equipment.
  • Provide front-desk relief services as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associate Degree in Administrative Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or IT support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with IT service desk software and basic troubleshooting.
