Internship Highlights:
Digicel’s Graduate Recruitment Programme (GRP) is a unique and exciting programme that provides graduates with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in their area of study, work on challenging projects and interact with some of the brightest minds in the mobile telecommunications industry.
Top graduates from our local universities are recruited to apply academic experience to “live” projects in key functional areas of Digicel’s operations while given on the job training. The placement contributes to the personal and professional development of participants. Interns are paired with a mentor to support their career development and also have the opportunity to fill vacant positions that may arise in the company.
Students quickly adapt to Digicel’s culture of giving back to the community by developing and executing a social project of their choice through the Graduate Recruitment Internship Project. The project further helps to develop the managerial and leadership skills of the graduates while building effective relationships.
