The Assistant IT Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for assisting with the building and maintenance of client and stakeholder relationships, development of technological solutions to meet clients' needs and contribute towards the overall development of IT policies and procedures

KPMG in Caricom is seeking to hire a talented, highly motivated IT Business Relationship Assistant Manager to join our growing IT Services department in Kingston, Jamaica. 


Roles and Responsibilities

  • ​Assist in developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, both onshore and offshore.
  • ​Identify and prioritize business needs related to IT services and products by helping to develop and execute solutions that satisfy client technological needs
  • ​Support maintain service levels by taking proactive measures to avoid disruption in services for offshore clients.
  • ​Monitor and report on operational IT projects performance.
  • Assist in managing vendor contracts and agreements with IT vendors to ensure compliance.
  • ​Provide timely updates to both onshore and offshore stakeholders regarding IT initiatives and issues.
  • ​Collaborate with cross-functional teams both onshore and offshore to align IT solutions with business strategies.
  • ​Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures for KPMG in Caricom.
  • ​Support the maintenance of the IT budget for KPMG Caricom – KJESS and assist in the preparation of reports and analyses for management.
  • Aid in conducting monthly business reviews with clients, both onshore and offshore.
  • Support the procurement process for inventory for KPMG Caricom – KJESS.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the IT Relationship Manager.

Experience 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Candidate must have a minimum 5 years experience in IT service delivery or related field.
  • Experience in the IT industry is beneficial.
  • Technical support experience is an asset
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software, project management tools, and ticketing systems is a plus. 
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and approach problems with a logical and analytical mindset
