INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY (ICT) MANAGER
The ICT Manager will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives by overseeing TITL's technology infrastructure including networks, servers, telecommunications, and security systems. Of importance will be the development and implementation of comprehensive ICT strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives to ensure the efficient and secure operation of the company’s internal and external ICT systems and services.
CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited educational institution.
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited educational institution is highly desirable.
• Minimum of five (5) years of senior experience in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry.
• Professional certifications such as MCSE, MCSE/I, any CISCO certification, or comparable certifications will be an asset.
• Demonstrated experience/ exposure to information system development, information system management, workflows, data flows, and information systems management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Working knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Orientation towards sales management.
