We are seeking a client-driven, customer centric people person, to fill the position of In-house Customer Service/Sales Representative.
IN-HOUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES REPRESENTATIVE
1 Receive orders from customers (via the phone, WhatsApp, website or walk-in).
2 Advice customers about the range of products and service offered.
3 Generate quotations based on customers’ requirements.
4 Generate the order sheet and forward it to production.
5 Coordinate order flow with production and secure best ship time to meet customer due dates.
6 Keep customers updated on the progress of their order.
7 Arrange mutually agreeable times for installation and convey same to the Installation & Repairs Department.
8 Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns.
9 Collate customers ‘after sales service request and schedule mutually agreeable times with the Installation Department.
10 Meet targets set by the Sales/Customer Service Manager.
11 Ensuring full understanding of the Company’s quality standards and expected standards of service in support of this role.
12. All other task assigned.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a Customer Services/Sales environment.
• Diploma, associate, or bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing.
