PURPOSE OF JOB
The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Support Technician provides first line support to the company’s network of operations. The incumbent supports information technology (IT) savvy employees and assist non-IT employees who are having point of sale (POS), network, mobile device, system or application problems. The incumbent also provides database and record keeping support and performs various administrative duties. The incumbent handles different types of data as dictated by the industry he/she works in and is expected to operate in a highly confidential manner
