Human Resources Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting employee relations, HR policies, strategic planning, and performance management while promoting a positive work culture and partnering with departments to drive engagement and development.

Human Resources Officer (Permanent Full-Time)

Sector: Information and Communication Technology

Location: Port of Spain

Salary: $8,000 per month (Negotiable)

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 2-3 years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of T&T labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and HR systems (e.g., HRp5)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High confidentiality and teamwork ability

 Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee recruitment, benefits administration, training, and employee engagement
• Implement performance management systems and guidelines
• Educate staff on HR policies and standards
• Address grievances and develop response strategies
