We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Human Resources Manager to join our team at Catalonia Montego Bay.
We request and ability to deal and negotiate with the rest of the managers and with initiative to propose and execute social and training plans to achieve the best performance of the employees and teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR department including payroll, collective and individual relations, learning and development, recruitment and benefits
- Ensure employment law and tax from laour relations
- Provide service to all the Operationnal areas in recruitment, assestment
- Provide advice to the management in HR policies
- Conduct the disciplinary process
- Ensure the onboarding of all the new hirings and the good experience in the employee journey
- Report information to the headquarters and provide the official records
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources , Psicology, Law or Business
- Experience for at least 3 years in the position of HR MANAGER and al least 10 years in HR
- Worked in hospitality industrie or other services
- Team player, self motivated , open mind
- Labor legal will be a plus.
