Position Summary:
The Client in the Information Technology Industry is seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist with a specialized focus on recruitment to join their dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in the HR function, responsible for attracting and hiring top talent while supporting various HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, craft job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
    • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and utilizing online recruiting tools.
    • Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, background checks, and facilitate offer negotiations.
  • Onboarding and Orientation:
    • Lead the onboarding process to provide new hires with a welcoming introduction to our organization.
    • Conduct comprehensive orientations and training sessions on company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations and Support:
    • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on HR policies, programs, and procedures, addressing employee inquiries and issues.
    • Handle employee relations matters promptly, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • HR Compliance and Recordkeeping:
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate employee records.
    • Update HR systems with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Performance Management and Employee Development:
    • Support performance review processes, assisting managers with performance-related discussions and documentation.
    • Contribute to employee development initiatives, including training programs to foster skill enhancement and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and staffing.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and effective task prioritization.
