Human Resources/Corporate Services Administrative Assistant

JOB SUMMARY
This position provides support to the General Manager & HR consultant. The incumbent is required to be highly organized, able to communicate clearly and confidently, skilled administratively and highly computer literate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Human Resources/Corporate Services Administrator will but not limited to ensure the following:
• Provide highly efficient HR Administrative support to the HR Consultant.
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager as and when required.
• To provide support to both HR consultant and GM in project management iniatitives, monthly reports and other administrative functions as and when required.
• Conduct secondary research to support Management benchmarking activities; access client feedback on service quality
• To timely and efficiently monitor the company Service email and provide basic acknowledgements to stakeholders while simultaneously alerting the GM.

• Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
• Excellent administrative skills and the ability to schedule & prioritize the workload
• Ability to monitor a budget in relation to Corporate activities/projects
• Excellent ICT skills, including word, excel, power point, outlook
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position
- High computer literacy including expertise with MS Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of labor laws would be an asset
- Minimum of Certificate in HR and /or Administrative Professional
- Minimum of 3 years in similar role
