Primarily responsible for providing administrative support within the Human Resource Department. The incumbent will be required to assist with various tasks related to recruitment, employee onboarding, and Employee benefits.

JOB SUMMARY

Primarily responsible for providing administrative support within the Human Resource Department. The incumbent will be required to assist with various tasks related to recruitment, employee onboarding, and Employee benefits.

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment and Selection

  • Provide Assistance to the Human Resource Officer in scheduling interviews.
  • Preparation of the daily time sheets.
  • Preparation of the training contract for all prospective employees.
  • Preparation of orientation packages for all incoming employees.
  • Assist in scheduling medical appointments/assessments for all employees and subsequently processing all invoices.
  • Assist with processing the Company’s Group Medical, Life and Tax Incentive Savings Plan.
  • Preparation and submission of enrolment letters to all employees.
  • Submission of application and health statement forms.
  • Ensure that all supporting documentation for the enrolment in the TISP is vetted accurately and submitted to the Company’s liaison at Republic Bank Limited for processing.
  • Visibly support and champion the Company’s goals and objectives and use initiatives and cooperation to demonstrate alignment.
  • Comply fully with the Company’s policies and procedures and adhere to the core values by daily demonstration of associated behaviour.
  • To assist in monthly/quarterly projects within the department.
  • Preparation of job letters for employees within the required business days. 

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 CXCs, including Mathematics and English A.
  • Associate Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a related administrative role.
  • Strong planning and organization skills.
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working Knowledge of G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets etc)
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
