The HR Assistant is responsible for assisting with daily Human Resources administrative support. He/she will be key person, first point of contact for the staff and HR.
• Assist with implementing all Human Resources activities
• Provide general administrative/clerical support to the Human Resources department and related stakeholders, as necessary
• Receive, process and respond to employee concerns and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders, as necessary
• Assist with collection, maintain, analyze, and report on various types of key Human Resources metrics to assist management in effective decision making
• Prepare documentary requirements for HR Gerneralists handling labor-related cases, as necessary
• Ensure maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data and all phases of Human Resources processes, working within HRIS tools, in accordance with company policy and statutory/local laws
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years Human Resources experience
• Minimum of an Associate degree Preferred
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented
