Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or any other related fields.
  • Knowledge about Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Experience training personnel would be an asset.
  • Knowledge about employment law, compensation, organization planning, employee relations and labor laws.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry would be an asset.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Help with the screening, recruiting, and interviewing of potential applicants.
  • Draw up plans for future personnel hiring goals and procedure.
  • Organizing new employees’ orientation, onboarding and training programs.

  • Reviewing procedures for employee’s safety, welfare, health, and wellness.
