JOB SUMMARY:
The role as the Human Resources Officer is far from one-dimensional. The duties will undertake a wide range of Human Resources (HR) tasks for e.g. organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use the company’s Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. The human resources officer would be responsible for providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling. The human resources officer will facilitate new hires for the company. Duties will include advertising screening, recruiting, interviewing, on-board new employees and guide new employees through the process of deployment. The HR officer shall work with the CEO and Management of the company in maintaining the employee performance management system.
