Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our luxury brand and operational goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management to attract and retain top-tier talent.

• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or similar qualification.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, prior luxury hospitality sector experience would be an asset.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex employee issues and enhance team dynamics.
• A proactive, strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
