KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Handling of Adverse reports and staff non – compliance
-Maintaining a proper system of electronic and hardcopy filing for HR records
-Preparing documentation for staff as it relates to leave application, job letters, NIB applications and other related HR support services.
-Short-lists candidates for interview in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure
-Plans and executes/facilitates interviews (electronic or otherwise) ensuring inter alia that members of the interview panel are well prepared with the relevant documents (copies of resumes, completed job application forms signed by candidates, interview assessment forms, etc.)
-Prepares job offers and/or employment contracts and obtain approval/signing by management as needed.
-On-boards new staff using the onboarding checklist as a guide (including but not limited to greeting directors, management and staff, physical accommodations, workstations and sharing of key employee handbooks)
-Assists with periodic reviews of approved policies and procedures/manuals.
-Maintain a proper system of electronic and hardcopy filing for all Human Resource documentation and records.
