Human Resource Assistant

JOB OBJECTIVE 

The Human Resource Assistant will have responsibility for all human resource activities/initiatives.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Assist in implementing strategic and operational HR plans.
  • Assist with the implementing and monitoring of  human resource management strategies, policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Human Resource Manager in Leading, coaching and developing the HR Team towards the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Partners with management on a regular basis to proactively determine HR needs and identify solutions to address potential challenges in the workforce.
  • Assist the Company in all Industrial Relations matters.
  • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits activities.
  • Identifies and engages services of external consultants and providers in the areas of human resource management and public relations.
  • Assist in the performance management system of the company.
  • Assist in conducting  customer service and other related training 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors’ in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Must possess a minimum of 3 years progressive experience in Human Resource.
  • Experience working in a FMCG Company would be an asset.

COMPETENCIES/ATTRIBUTES

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to interface and interact with personnel at all levels in the Organization
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
