The candidate will be required to manage all client interfacing HR duties to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery. The role entails the provision of support to the team in various Human Resource and Administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field

• More than 4 years of administrative experience within an HR Department

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment support: assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, following up internal recruitment approval process.
  • HR database and record management: maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Directs client complaints or complex queries to relevant divisions in a timely manner and follows up to ensure issues are addressed or resolved.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and analyze data to support special projects.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs, including booking venues, ordering materials, and setting up virtual platforms.
  • Assists in the preparation of reports and presentations by assembling and collating data
  • Ensures a positive and professional client service experience is delivered at all times.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and submit work in a timely and well organized manner
