Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a growing and innovative company? We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department, which is led by our experienced Head of HR

 

Title: HR Administrator (Contract)

Location: Kingston

 

Role Overview:

In this key role, you will have the chance to work on a variety of HR functions, including employee record management, recruitment support, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives. You'll play an integral part in ensuring the seamless execution of HR operations while supporting compliance with company policies and regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of employee records, recruitment processes, and onboarding procedures.
  • Support benefits administration and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are followed and maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and coordination.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or assistant role.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and creativity.
  • Experience with HR software (HR Plus) is a distinct advantage.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy to ensure HR processes run smoothly.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a bonus.
