Hotel Operations Manager

OVERVIEW:

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all operational departments within the hotel, creating and maintaining work schedules for leaders, creating and maintaining budgets, conduct regular operational meetings, promote a positive employee relations culture, promote a culture of excellence within guest care, plan and direct the hotel's main operations including quality standards, cleanliness and guest satisfaction, esnure that reasonable care is taken for the Health and Safety of the employees, guests and any other person on the hotel's premises.
