Job Overview:
Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating. Assists in preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness of the room at all times.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- High school Graduate
- Customer Service
- Communication Skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Computer skills
Desirable:
- Previous host/hostess experience
- Hospitality industry knowledge
- Fluency in a foreign language, preferably spanish
Skills:
- Greeting guest warmly and professionally
- Managing reservations
- Seating guest efficiently
- Handling guest inquires and complaints politely
