We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. If you possess a passion for providing exceptional service, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, we have the following positions available:

Chefs:

       Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.        Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food production.

  1. Mixologists:
    • Create innovative and delicious cocktails with a deep understanding of mixology techniques and ingredients.

Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests, recommending drinks, and ensuring a memorable experience.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, manage inventory, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.

  1. Waiters:
    • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly.

Have a strong knowledge of menu items, including specials and dietary restrictions, to offer recommendations and answer questions.

Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

  1. Kitchen Expediters:
    • Act as a liaison between the kitchen and the front-of-house staff, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of food orders.

Organize and prioritize tickets, ensuring proper sequencing and coordination of dishes.

Maintain effective communication with chefs, line cooks, and servers to guarantee a seamless flow of service.

  1. Bathroom Attendants:
    • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restroom facilities, restocking supplies, and performing regular inspections.

Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests, including offering amenities and ensuring a pleasant restroom experience.

Monitor and address any maintenance or safety issues promptly, reporting them to the appropriate personnel.

  1. Shuckers:
    • Expertly shuck and prepare a variety of shellfish, including oysters, clams, and mussels.

Ensure consistent quality and presentation of shellfish dishes, following established recipes and portion sizes.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

  1. Bussers:
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, clearing and resetting tables efficiently.

Assist waitstaff by refilling water glasses, delivering bread baskets, and providing general support during service.

Collaborate with the front-of-house team to create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the respective position is highly desirable, although training will be provided for exceptional candidates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
