This role involves overseeing contractor performance, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards, and supporting field activities through technical training, material distribution, and real-time issue resolution. The inspector plays a critical role in maintaining service excellence and supporting the company’s commitment to delivering reliable and high-quality solutions to customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of five (5) CSEC passes including Mathematics and English A.
Accredited training in Fiber Optics.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, reliability, and professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accurate, alert and pays attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints from customers.
Ability to read, analyse, interpret, and use complex documents and forms.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with an excellent ability to work under strict deadlines and to adapt to priorities that change often.
Strong performance orientation.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role.
