We are hiring Healthcare Associate ( Voice account) to work at our Portmore location. We are now accepting City & Guilds Mathematics and English with a High School Certificate/ Heart Level 2 or CXC Subjects

No CXC, No Problem, Apply today with a HEART Level II in Customer Service or High School Leaving Certificate. We accept City & Guilds Mathematics & English (lvl 1 to 3) with a High School Leaving Certificate.

- City & Guilds Mathematics and English ( lvl 1 to lvl 3) with a High School Leaving Certificate/ Heart Level 2 or additional CXC subject is accepted
- Birth certificate
- 6 months- 1 year experience in BPO industry ( Healthcare sector is a plus)
- Must be able to work ONSITE at our Portmore location
- Experience working on a Voice account
- Flexibility to work any 5 days of the week including weekends and public holidays
- BPO experience required
