20 Technical Support Chat Agents Needed (MUST be fully flexible)

Our Associates are the first point of contact in providing accurate, detailed solutions to customers’ technical issues.

Conduent is currently sourcing candidates to join our Technical Support Team (Daytime and Overnight) that will be based in Kingston Onsite. Please note that the requirements for the roles varies and have been listed below for you to review. 

The agents MUST be able to work any 5 days of the week, including public holidays and weekends.

Mandatory Requirements

1.  Valid ID – National ID, Passport, Driver License
2.  NIS
3.  TRN
4.  3 CXC Subjects- MUST include English Language (Original Qualifications only)
5.  Birth Certificate 
6.  Updated Resume (hardcopy)

Requirements for Technical Support Position ( BASED IN KINGSTON)

1. • Fully Flexible – MUST be able to work any 5 days of the week including weekends & public holidays.
   • Able to assess chats to provide service immediately, be transferred, or require follow-up for client resolution.
   • Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case.
   • Provides customers with information that is specialized.
   • Communicates in a warm and empathetic manner.
   • Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns.
   • Explains company policies to customers.
   • Complies with all policies and standards.
   • Able to Type a minimum of 31 WPM
