is responsible for planning, coordinating, developing, and directing and delivering the provision of high-quality Patient & Customer Care, Patient Support and Administrative Services to facilitate the achievement of Board approved strategic goals and objectives of our organization
1.1 Assesses the health needs of the Sector and directs, supervises, and directs all nursing and customer & patient support activities of the Hospital, Clinics and Pharmacy.
1.2 Assigns healthcare professionals to the hospital, clinics, and community programs to maintain skill mix, quality, professional standards and targets.
1.3 Develops annual operational budgets, set goals and deadlines for the Hospital, Clinics and Pharmacy in collaboration with other members of the senior management team based on identified needs.
1.4 Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency; analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations.
