The Role 

Aligning brand management with visual merchandising to achieve sales and profitability in a multi-channel environment; Increase brand awareness by delivering effective marketing strategies through the interactive leadership of a dynamic team delivering on timely execution of creative campaigns. 

Key Competencies

  • Strong planning and forecasting abilities to support the creation and execution of effective budgets
  • Proven creativity and flair with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to align visual merchandising activities with achievement of sales and profitability
  • Excellent interpersonal, teambuilding and communication skills
  • Ability to work through a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, proven initiative and integrity anchored

 Education, Experience and Key Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline. Master’s degree is an asset
  • 5-7 years in the marketing environment, at least 4 of which is related to brand marketing, and 2 in a distinct leadership role
  • Intermediate proficiency in the MS Office suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Basic proficiency in using Adobe tools
