Our Client is seeking to recruit a Human Resource Professional to work alongside a team that is dedicated and loyal to its well established and strong brand
The successful candidate will be required to develop and implement Human Resource Strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Key Human Resource functions will include Employee Engagement, Change Management, Culture Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development.
Given that people are the most important resource of the organization, the successful candidate will play a critical role in building a great place to work. It is also important that team members work together to realize the established Vision and Mission of the Company.
The incumbent must have the ability to promote the Company’s Core Values in order to shape a positive and strong culture.
The role of Head of Human Resource is important for business growth as Employee Engagement consistently improves Customer Satisfaction which ultimately drives improved business outcomes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or any equivalent
Minimum 5 years in a similar role
Excellent Interpersonal, Communication and Leadership Skills
Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
