Primary objective of the job:
The Head of Home Services & Subscription oversees and leads the development, implementation and management of Home & Subscription (Mobile and fixed) services within the organization. This role involves creating and executing strategies to increase home and subscriber acquisition and retention, drive revenue growth, optimize pricing plans, and enhance customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for product and service improvements, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of home and subscription services in line with company objectives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning and Leadership
Develop and implement the overall Home & Subscription strategy to drive growth, profitability, and market share. Provide leadership to the Home & Subscription team and align their efforts with the company’s broader objectives.
· Product Development and Management
Oversee the development of home & subscription products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and market trends. This includes pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies.
· Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and product offerings.
· Marketing & Promotions
Define the promotions and relevant campaigns to achieve sales and revenue targets.
· Sales and Distribution Management
Manage distribution channels for prepaid products in co-operation with the Sales team, ensuring they are accessible and appealing to target customers. Collaborate with sales teams to drive performance.
· Financial Accountability
Manage the home & subscription business unit’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Customer Experience and Engagement
Enhance customer experience for home & subscription users through effective service delivery, support, and communication strategies. Implement initiatives to improve customer retention and satisfaction to become number one in the market for service.
· Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure cohesive execution of mobile strategies and initiatives.
· Regulatory Compliance
Ensure that all home & subscription offerings comply with relevant regulations and guidelines set forth by telecommunications authorities.
