The Business and Support Specialist will drive business growth through client acquisition and retention, while ensuring compliance with Risk, AML/KYC, and FATCA policies.
Job Summary:
The Business and Support Specialist will be responsible for business retention and development via identification and solicitation of new and existing clients for deposit generation. The incumbent is required to perform significant volume of data analyses and initiate development of products and solutions that create client value. The job holder will also be responsible for analyzing and monitoring economic activity through market research for business opportunities and managing client information in compliance with all the Bank’s Risk, AML /KYC and FATCA policies and procedures.
