The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of wines, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for educating staff and guests about wine pairings and trends. As a key member of the Food and Beverage team, the Head Sommelier will ensure that the hotel’s wine offerings are of the highest quality and enhance the overall guest experience.
