Head Sommelier

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Sommelier to curate an exceptional wine and beverage program for our discerning guests.

As the Head Sommelier, you will lead our wine and beverage team, overseeing the selection, presentation, and service of wines and beverages throughout the resort. Your role is pivotal in creating a sophisticated and memorable dining experience for our guests. This position offers a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in the art of wine pairing and contribute to the reputation of our EPIC and prestigious adult-only resort.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sommelier, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certified Sommelier or equivalent wine certification.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and train a team effectively.
• Familiarity with international and local wine markets.
• Strong knowledge of cigars.
• Certified and proven sales skills.
