HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the incumbent will have the day-to-day responsibility of assisting with all aspects of the Human Resources function. The incumbent will also coordinate various HR programmes and practices to create and sustain a culture of learning, innovation and teamwork supported by a highly talented and dedicated workforce where everyone wants to contribute to the best of their ability.
Our ideal candidate is a dedicated, detail-oriented and organized individual with strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and teamworking skills.
At minimum, applicants should possess the following:
• First Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum Three (3) years of relevant experience in human resources.
• Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Knowledge of Jamaica’s Labour Laws
• Excellent Public Relations and Presentation Skills
• Excellent time management Skills
