We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Generalist to join our prestigious vacation club team. As an HR Generalist, you will provide comprehensive HR support, guidance and expertise to employees, management, and the organization as a whole.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and databases.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Assist with job postings, interviews, and new hire orientations.
- Benefits Administration: Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Training and Development: Assist with training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
- Performance Management: Support performance evaluations, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
- Communication: Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, including company-wide announcements and policy updates.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of HR experience: Proven track record in HR administration, recruitment, benefits, or employee relations.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality or Business Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external partners.
- Organizational and time management skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop creative solutions to HR challenges
