HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR
The successful applicant will be responsible for all supervisory tasks within human resources daily operations. This includes but is not limited to recruitment and onboarding, expatriate services administration, employee records and data management, benefits administration, HR policies and procedures, employee relations, payroll and compensation, compliance, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements/duties of the position:
- Assisting with coordinating SRI staff welfare/engagement activities
- Assisting with training and development of the human resources coordinator and human resources administrative assistant.
- Supporting the onboarding of all expatriates and executives.
- Reviewing, auditing, and reconciling team member data in the human resources information system.
- Ensuring personnel files are kept up to date in conformance with the established processes.
- Reviewing benefit reconciliation and auditing for approval by the HR leadership team.
- Responding to team member enquiries, investigating and resolving issues related to employment, and workplace concerns.
- Assisting with maintaining compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Supporting health & safety initiatives of the group in collaboration with the health and safety team.
- Assisting with managing the administration of the disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Reviewing human resources standard operating procedures and policies.
- Assisting with preparing, documenting, and communicating human resources policies and procedures.
- Assisting with preparing and reviewing weekly team member payroll
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or management studies
- Minimum (3) years’ specialised experience in human resource management
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in human resources data management systems
- Proficiency in human resources principles and practice
