HR PROJECT MANAGER
Qualifications and Requirements:
Degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred. PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
Has proven experience of managing complex transition projects and ideally relevant HCM / HRIS exposure (eg. implementing payroll system or pay cycle changes and HCM Human Capital Management system process, workflow definition and roll-out like Workday, Success Factor, UKG or Oracle)
Serve as an HR lead during the HCM implementation lifecycle including requirements
gathering, data migration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. Excellent
organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
Supports the local HR team to manage HR and relevant data/payroll projects on the ground and collaborates with regional and global HR and IT functions to a successful delivery

Provides relevant data and ensures the coordination and delivery and validation of testing both for future HCM system and local payroll system
Ensuring timely communication with key stakeholders within HR, IT and within the organization as well externally to enable projects meet their goals in functionality, content, quality and targeted time/milestones
Coordination of local project meetings and deliverables documents with other project stakeholders internally and externally
Actively participate in the design of local process maps, capturing process improvements, robotizations, SOPs (standard operating procedures), global HR policies and critical HR mini guides, key user material and HR upskilling sources
Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), parallel runs, and issue resolution during the payroll system transition.
Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to communicate project status, manage expectations, and capture feedback.
Provide project management support to the Payroll team with the transition of the payroll cycle
Ensure timely communication with key stakeholders within HR, IT and within the organization as well externally to enable projects meet their goals in functionality, content, quality and targeted time/milestones.
Strong background with payroll software programs, preferably SAP HR or similar where inhouse maintenance and new developments are critical.
Strong analytical skills, able to translate statutory updates in system requirements and validate them with SAP consultants
Verse in Google Sheets, writing formulas and can communicate these formats with the SAP Administrator
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
