The HR Operations & Data Analyst is a key contributor to ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes while leveraging data insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Job Title:  HR Operations & Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Lead projects and initiatives to streamline HR workflows, optimize efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
  2. Collaborate with HR team members and departments where required to identify opportunities for improvement and automation of HR processes.
  3. Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards that provide real-time insights into key HR metrics (e.g., recruitment trends, employee demographics, turnover rates).
  4. Generate comprehensive monthly reports that highlight trends, identify potential issues, and inform strategic HR decisions.
  5. Monitor HR metrics and identify trends to proactively address potential issues
  6. Develop and implement strategies to automate HR tasks using forms, workflows, and other relevant tools

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of success in leading HR projects and initiatives, particularly those focused on automation and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and experience building dashboards.

Required Skills and Specialised Techniques:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and automation tools preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills- flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels, ability to develop strong trusting relationship
  • Excellent time management skills – self-directed and motivated, ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
