HR & Operations Coordinator

Job Title: HR & Operations Coordinator

Location: Road Town, British Virgin Islands 

Job Type: Full-Time

 

We are seeking a versatile and organized HR & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for managing HR-related activities, overseeing operational tasks, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. 

 

Key Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

 

Human Resources:

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. 
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. 
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs. 
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. 

 

Operations:

  • Oversee operational activities and ensure efficiency. 
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. 
  • Assist with project management and process improvement initiatives. 

 

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, meeting coordination, minutes taking and document preparation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company meetings, resolutions, and other corporate actions.
    • Handle correspondence and communication (emails, phone calls, etc.). 
    • Assist with event planning and coordination. 
    • Maintain filing systems and ensure information is organized and accessible. 

 

Job skills and requirements:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools. 
  • Knowledge of HR regulations and best practices. 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
