Job 1

Title: HR Assistant

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • General knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and employment regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, employee development, and database management.
  • Oversee administrative and operational functions, ensuring efficiency.
  • Supervise and delegate workload to employees.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Support payroll processing, employee benefits, and record management.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management.

 

Job 2

Title: Accounting Officer

Qualifications & Experience:

  • ACCA Level 2 or equivalent.
  • 5 CXC passes.
  • Experience in accounts payable preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and financial software (Peachtree, Micropay).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Process payroll and statutory payments.
  • Maintain fixed asset register and vendor ledger.
  • Prepare sales orders, invoices, and cheque payment vouchers.
  • Ensure accuracy in deposits and financial records.
  • Support CFO with accounting tasks and compliance
