A leading distribution and manufacturing company known for its efficient operations and strong focus on people development is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Analyst to join its Human Resources team.

About the Role:
As the HR Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You’ll utilize advanced analytics tools like Power BI and Excel, support the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS), and provide reports, dashboards, and recommendations to enhance HR performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR data and create visual dashboards to inform workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent acquisition.
  • Support and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and user support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
  • Assist in training HR team members on system use and analytics tools.
  • Prepare HR reports, strategic presentations, and data-driven insights to guide business decisions.
  • Collect and compile HR metrics from various sources including payroll, exit interviews, and employee surveys.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and time management.
  • Some knowledge of labour laws and good HR practices is an asset.
