We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  2. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  4. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  5. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  6. Support training and development initiatives.
  7. Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
  2. related field.
  3. Experience: Prior experience in HR or administrative support is an asset.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  7. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
