ROOM TECHNICIAN
Duties Are:
Conduct preventative maintenance on all check out rooms.
Follow up on all outstanding maintenance requests from the previous day.
Recommend and Carry out energy conservation checks.
Record and complete ALL maintenance requests within the allotted time. Update the front desk or housekeeping of all work that is either complete or still in progress once 10 minutes has passed.
Hand over incomplete maintenance request to your relief so that the work continues. Incomplete requests are those that are either:
Posed a challenge to fix prior to the end of the shift.
