Job Description:

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team with a
focus on guest reviews and experience analysis. This role will play a crucial part in
understanding our guests' feedback, validating issues on-site, and proposing actionable
solutions to enhance our services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review Analysis: Monitor and analyze guest reviews from all channels, including
online platforms, social media, and direct feedback.
• Data Synthesis: Compile and summarize data to identify common trends and likely
causes of guest concerns.
• On-Site Validation: Visit various Chukka Caribbean Adventures locations to validate
feedback and observe the impact of identified issues first-hand.
• Problem-Solving: Develop and propose solutions to address guest concerns, working
closely with the operations team to ensure feasibility and effectiveness.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports highlighting key findings, weak points, and
proposed solutions. Present these reports to the operations team, marketing team,
sales team, and the guest experience manager for further discussion and action.
• Collaboration: Work with the guest experience manager and other relevant teams to
implement improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and suggest
innovative ideas to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful
conclusions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Passion for improving customer experiences and a proactive attitude.
