Guest Experience Agent

MUST BE RESIDING IN BARBADOS
This position reports to the Guest Experience Manager.  
The Guest Experience Agent is responsible for providing guests with a memorable experience at Apes Hill. They must use initiative and a hands-on approach to ensure guests explore the local area and get the most out of their stay. 
The successful candidate will be required to:
  • Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Gather and provide information to guests of property, its amenities, events, and activities.
  • Prepare written documents periodically, accurately, and completely.
  • Process all guests queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Perform general administrative duties. 
 
The preferred candidate should possess:
  • A Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality or related discipline.
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in Guest Experience in a luxury environment.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • The ability to communicate in a professional manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of Northstar and Opera software would be an asset.
  • A valid Police Certificate of Character.
  • Passion for excellent customer service.
  • Motivation and a responsiveness to meet members' / guests' needs.
