Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer must develop formats aligned with the Brand Manual, collaborate in the implementation of formats, verify samples from suppliers and design dynamic content for advertising spaces within the hotels.

• Produce formats as needed, in alignment with the Brand Manual, narrative, and tone of voice. 
• Track & collaborate on the implementation of formats (artwork, design, technical requirements) for Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts operations at the assigned hotels.
• Assist in verifying supplier samples for colors, materials, and final finishes to ensure alignment with the Brand Manual.
• Provide photography and video coverage for institutional and significant events. 
• Degin dynamic marketing content and advertising spaces within the hotels, ensuring alignement with the Brand Manual, narrative and tone of voice. 
• Monitor proper brand usage in graphic materials.
• Collaborate in the execution of the annual content plan for audiovisual device programming, in line with the campaign requirements, global observance days, events, and promotions at Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts.
• Support and monitor the content and process digitization from a Product Marketing standards compliance perspective,Coordinating with marketing, systems, product and the operations team at Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts . 
• Contribute to tracking indicators,KPI's and Metrics o monitor and control the implementation of Product Marketing Standards, both operationally and technically in Bahia Principe Hotels and Resorts. 
• Prepare information reports according to the required frequency( on-demand,monthly, quarterly, four-monthly,semi-annual and annual) for all records and specific models required by other institutions or bodies, in collaboration with each business unit and across all locations.
